Service
hai is an AI assistant for security testing. Use requires an account and an active plan or free allowance, and is subject to the use policy.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and handles applicable taxes. Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance that resets each month. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. Output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking it and for what you do with it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the previous three months.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the use policy.
